THANKSGIVING 2015. EL CARMEN SCHOOL

Hello Orchard Hollow School,

Last week we celebrated Thanksgiving and we learned how, when and why this day takes place.
Finally, we represented the origins of this festivity.

Here you have some pictures of the school decoration and our representation.

              THANKSGIVING 2016. EL CARMEN SCHOOL

Hello Orchard Hollow School,

Today, to celebrate Thanksgiving Day, we have played several games such as "Thanksgiving wordsearch" o "Sentences in a box". At the end of the morning, all the children of the school have danced together and the winners of each game have received a certificate.

We have enjoyed a lot!!!

Would you like to see some pictures?

  1. Hi class!

I wanted to comment to your blog, even though I don't speak spanish very well.

I celebrated Thanksgiving with my family and a few friends (22 total people). We had turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy. We also had pumpkin pie, pumpkin roll and nut roll with MOUNDS of whipped cream.

We don't give out gifts on this day, but we do think that being together is a great gift.
